Sync agent tool schemas
Refresh all agents in the organization to use the latest tool schemas from the platform.
Preserves tool-specific configurations like callableAgentIds for the call_agent tool
or accessibleKnowledgeBaseIds for the search_knowledge_base tool.
This endpoint requires org:admin role. Run this after tool schemas have been updated
in the platform to ensure all agents use the latest definitions.
